All commercial places, workplaces where the public have access must carry out risk assessment. Under the law employer is responsible for fire safety. It is also called the responsible person. A risk assessment is the identification of all the hazards in the work place that could lead to the harm to the employees. It is the primary duty of the employee to give the top priority to the safety of the employees. Law provides the procedure for minimising the all hazards at the work place.
